Spacious single room with double bed size, private fridge and direct access to the house garden for rent in a 6 (hidden)/young workers apartment with 2 bathrooms in Eur district, comfortable to reach simply Roma Tre University.
The apartment is on ground floor with garden, it is 4 minutes walking far from Eur Magliana metro station and has supermarkets, bars and pharmacies in the nearby.
The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the tenant.
The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay.
These activities are:- Maintenance before arrival- Drafting the contract- Assisted check in- Keys at hand at check in- Delivery of a ready-to-use room- Monthly apartment cleaningA payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.
IMPORTANTIt's not possible to check in/out outside of the schedule below or during a holiday (example: Christmas, New Year, Ester, Sundays, etc.
