SOLO PER STUDENTI Affittasi camera in appartamento, situato nel centro storico di Bra (Corso Garibaldi).
La camera è dotata di un letto matrimoniale(140X200), con biancheria, coperte e un termostato autonomo, con due finestre (lato est, lato ovest).
Cucina completa (condivisa con altri 2 studenti) con forno, micro-onde, lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per cucinare.
Avrete accesso ad un bagno (condiviso con uno/a studente/ssa), tutto equipaggiato, con doccia all’italiana e lavatrice.
L’ alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturato, completo di Wi-Fi e Home-cinema, si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano di una ‘casa di corte’ di un palazzo nel centro storico di Bra, a due passi da ogni bisogno e piacere.
Potrete approfittare piacevole terrazza a lato cortile e un balcone lato strada (unici posti dove è consentito fumare).
Dalla stanza avrete una bellissima vista sul centro storico e l’Ala di Bra.
Parcheggio gratuito a 100 metri.
Un servizio delle pulizie delle zone comuni (cucina, sala, bagno) è incluso (2 volte al mese).
Prezzo: euro 340 mensili più spese (acqua, corrente, internet, spazzatura).
Anticipo spese 50 Euros mensile.
Tutti gli allacciamenti sono già operativi (niente burocrazia da svolgere).

The room is equipped with a double bed, beddin, blankets and your own independent climate control system.
The kitchen (shared with other students) is fully equipped, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher and all other necessities.
The bathroom (shared with another student) is also fully furbished, with a spacious italian style shower and washing machine.
WiFi and home cinema system are included.
The apartment has just been fully renovated, it is located at the second and last floor of the building in the historical center of Bra with all the shops and restaurants just downstairs, so convenient!You are only allowed to smoke on the balcony.
From the bedroom you have a wonderful view on the main street and inside the court.
The biggest free car park of the city is just 100m walk away.
A cleaning service for the common areas (kitchen, dinner room, bathroom) is included (twice a month).
Price: Euros 340 monthly plus expenses (water, electricity, internet, trash).
50 Euros in monthly advanced payment for utilities.
All utilities have already been operated, no paper-work needed.
