I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
Situato al 4° piano, luminoso e spazioso.
È composto da una cucina abitabile, un bagno con vasca/doccia, 4 suite singole con letto alla francese.
L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti.
Dotato di Wi-Fi, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.
PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago.
PAGAMENTI:Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin FeeIl restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.

Located on the 4th floor, bright and spacious.
It is composed of a kitchen, a bathroom with tub/shower, 4 single suites with French beds.
The apartment is renovated according to everything our students need.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all basic accessories.
PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug.
PAYMENTS:The first month's fee + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the bookingThe remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
