050,00 is guaranteed with a minimum stay of 3 months; otherwise, a surcharge of 20% will be applied.
You can always rent a unit from the 1st or 15th of the month until the 15th or the last day of the month.
You wont have to worry about anything else; everything is already included in the rental price: electricity, water, heating, internet, bicycle parking, and access to common areas such as the gym and yoga room.
Additionally, the accommodations are cleaned weekly, and towels and bed linen are also changed weekly.
