The accommodationDo you want to spend an unforgettable holiday staying in front of the Duomo of Florence?This lovely apartment, whose entrance is located in Piazza del Duomo, therefore inserted in the deepest historical context of Florence, consists of a room with double bed and separate kitchenette with microwave oven, bathroom with tub and ceiling with exposed beams; all around there are numerous restaurants, clubs and typical shops, as well as the most important monuments of the city, all reachable on foot.
Rental Condition BILLS ARE EXCLUDED (AROUND 350-400 PER MONTH, DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION) Please, note that monthly rates adjust accordingly to seasonal variations.
Therefore, each month has a different monthly rate.
In order for you to have a complete price overview, please refer to all the payments planned for your stay.
For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out.
2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ).
3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR.
4)Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR.
5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR.
