The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower.The campus consists of two buildings 200 m far from each other. The services are split but all the tenants, regardless of where their accommodation is located, will have access to both buildings and related amenities: you can enjoy the kitchen, co-working space, private event space, rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, a private event space, a gym, a terrace with basketball court, laundry with a playroom, and social area. We also have some services available upon request such as extra cleaning, a final cleaning, underground parking, and extra storage space for sports equipment and luggage.The monthly rent includes a cleaning service one time every two weeks.
