Есть прямой автобус (в том числе ночной) до острова Венеция примерно в 200 м от дома, а также очень удобно добираться до Падуи; железнодорожный вокзал находится примерно в 10 минутах (900 м) пешком. Квартира расположена в начале дороги к центру Местре. Рядом также есть супермаркет и парк. Счета (вода, газ, мусор, электричество) собираются раз в два месяца. Владелец требует залог за 3 месяца.
