La camera è collocata in un appartamento posto al terzo piano servito da ascensore composto da un ingresso che conduce ad una cucina abitabile completamente accessoriata servita da un balcone, quattro camere da letto, un locale lavanderia, un ripostiglio, armadi a muro comuni e tre bagni. E' possibile disporre di un box auro singolo con 100 oltre 20 euro di spese condominiali. Tutte le stanze sono arredate in modo analogo, con qualche piccola variante a seconda della metratura e sono dotate di chiusura codificata.
