The apartment is situated in Oltrarno and nearby San Frediano one of the coolest area in Florence for its ancient ateliers, workshops, and traditional wine restaurants and bars. The tramway stop to the apartment is Paolo Uccello. The city centre and Santa Maria rail station can be reached by the tramway (three stops) and on foot in 15 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building and it has been recently restored according to the typical Tuscan style with wooden beams and red bricks.
