La casa si trova a 15 minuti circa a piedi dal centro storico, con una passeggiata lungo il fiume Arno incoronato dai più meravigliosi monumenti storici sarete nel cuore della vecchia Firenze e se non avete voglia di passeggiare un comodo autobus ad un minuto da casa vi porterà praticamente ovunque. La casa si compone da due camere da letto di cui una doppia con letti singoli e una singola con balcone ed è questa che viene affittata essendo l'altra già occupata da una studentessa, c' è poi un bagno con vasca (questo è l'unico bagno presente nell'appartamento) cucina completamente attrezzata con un piccolo divano letto ad una piazza e mezza. L 'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, è molto luminoso e ben arredato si prega pertanto di avere la massima cura di tutti gli arredi e suppellettili.
