Located a few steps from Santa Croce square, we offer a small cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, or just one bed and a large desk for studying! this bedroom can be rent for 2 friends but in this case there will be an increasing of the monthly cost o 20 per centThe bathroom and the kitchen are shared with another bedroom.All the principal monuments are reachable at walking distance. The apartment is very peaceful, though in a very lovely area with a supermarket, post office, bus stop, and many nice restaurants and bars.The bills are not included and will be split among the tenants. The estimated cost is100, but it can be higher due to heating expenses during the winter (around 4 euros per day. An adjustment will be made on actual consumption.HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. This special place is very centric but at the same time peaceful and authentic as it is in a very quite street on the back of via dei bardi. Perfect place to fully enjoy the city and its attractions (monuments etc) and activities (events, courses etc) and cozy place to head back after a busy day.You will have a big bedroom and a private bathroom. You are most welcome to use the common space: living+small kitchen with fridge (located at the same floor of your room - see pictures).The room you will be renting is my apartment :), with my little (big) family we live here and we sleep on the same floor where your room is located. When we are at home we usually spend most of the time upstairs where we have a loft with kitchen - so I think - if you like - you will have plenty of privacy! If you like when we are at home you are welcome to come upstairs and enjoy a drink and a chat with us! :)PLEASE NOTE - HOUSE RULES We are in general very open and flexible, but please note that if you rent with us you will be staying in a family apartment - we will welcome you and respect your space and privacy - as much as possible :).We have small kids, they are very used to having people around and we like to have a relaxed and friendly environment.
