Affittasi a RAGAZZA DAL 15 NOVEMBRE camera singola molto luminosa in via Beniamino Gigli (laterale via Murri). La casa è composta da altre due singole, abitate da due ragazze di 28 e 32 anni, un bagno e una cucina con balcone.Affitto mensile di 240 euro, comprese le spese condominiali. Contratto regolare con subentro, richiesta una caparra. Riscaldamento autonomo, non abbiamo il wi-fi ma c'è la predisposizione nel caso in cui la persona volesse attivarlo. Quarto piano senza ascensore.Cerchiamo una ragazza non fumatrice dai 26 anni in su. Teniamo molto alla pulizia e all'ordine degli spazi comuni. La camera è ammobiliata così come da foto ad eccezione del letto che verrà sostituito con uno ad una piazza e mezzo. Chiederemo alla persona che entrerà di versare entro pochi giorni la caparra come garanzia di impegno fino alla firma del subentro.Se interessati scriveteci magari con una vostra breve descrizione.
