In via della Ghisiliera (porta Saffi) affittasi un posto letto (letto a una piazza) in una stanza doppia (in totale due letti a una piazza), come da foto. L'altro letto attualmente è occupato da uno studente maschio. Inoltre, nell'appartamento c'è un'altra stanza, ad uso singola, occupata da un altro studente maschio. In totale quindi l'appartamento ospiterà 3 studenti maschi. L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano, senza ascensore, ed è composto da un ingresso, una cucina abitabile, una stanza doppia, una stanza singola, un bagno e una cantina. L'appartamento è completamente arredato. Il posto letto è già libero e quindi disponibile da subito. Il canone richiesto è 350 euro al mese comprese le spese condominiali. La camera si trova in via Giuseppe Mazzini 82/6, Bologna, in un condominio con verde condominiale, posto bici e portierato h24, 7/7, silenzioso, pulito e rispettoso.La zona è servitissima; fermata del bus a 10mt, Carrefour Express, oltre a bar, lavanderie, banche, market, tabacchi, etc..Si trova a 250mt dalle mura di Bologna e 10/15 minuti dalla stazione Centrale.Comodissima anche per chi studia/lavora al S.
