Air conditioning is available in all rooms, while the large windows, overlooking the typical roofs of Bologna, make the rooms extremely pleasant. Even if the property is located along via Santo Stefano, one of the main routes of Bologna, maximum tranquility is guaranteed by the views towards the internal courtyards, where the eye is allowed to stretch to the first hills surrounding the city.The elegant wooden ceilings have been painted white, so as to fill the rooms with light, keeping the warm nuances of the wood only on the main beams. The modern furnishings play on the contrasts between white and gray to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the entrance, a small anteroom leads guests to the living area or bedroom. The living room furniture includes a 3-person sofa complete with chaise longue, a single pouf bed (80 x 195 cm) and a practical dining table for 3 people, located close to the open kitchen peninsula.
