SALITA INFERIORE DI SANT’ANNA, quartiere di CASTELLETTO: TRILOCALE RIFINITO, OMNICONFORT - DISPONIBILE DA OTTOBRE 2024 A APRILE 2025 solo PER TRASFERTISTI REFERENZIATI. per info e visite prenotarsi su chat.L’immobile che proponiamo in locazione è posizionato in un contesto davvero particolare, silenzioso in quanto decentrato dal caos del traffico cittadino, ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro (Piazza De Ferrari, cuore della città, è a 12 minuti a piedi; la zona Magazzini del Cotone/Porto Antico dista circa 1,5 km). Salita Inferiore di Sant’Anna (quartiere di Castelletto) è un mondo a parte, non è nel centro storico ma vi si respira l’atmosfera di un altro tempo. La “creuza” collega Corso Magenta a Piazza Portello. Il contratto proposto è transitorio, dal 15/10/2024 al 15/04/2025 e si rivolge a lavoratori fuori sede/professionisti che prevedono una permanenza temporanea a Genova (no residenza). L’immobile è posizionato al pianto terra di una palazzina d'epoca in ottimo stato di manutenzione, ed è caratterizzato da un ingresso indipendente che conferisce privacy e massima tranquillità. Internamente è omni-confort. Viene affittato completamente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto e cura per i dettagli. L’atmosfera è minimale e rilassante, lo spazio ben distribuito fra i diversi locali. Troviamo un ingresso/sala spazioso, il cucinotto fornito di tutto, la camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio a muro molto capiente, la cameretta studio - già dotata di scrivania e pc con schermo 4k, rete Wi-Fi e internet gigabit - e il bagno con doccia. La rifinitura è recentissima: fra le altre cose abbiamo una pavimentazione elegante, in parte in legno; impianto elettrico a norma; infissi in pvc doppiovetro. Nulla è stato lasciato al caso da parte del proprietario. Tutti gli arredi presenti in foto resteranno nell’immobile. L’accesso alla porta di casa è pedonale: c'è un parcheggio gratuito in una strada pubblica a 3 minuti di distanza, ma in zona sono anche presenti garage pubblici. A pochi passi c’è la caratteristica funicolare di Sant’Anna, che collega il quartiere di Castelletto con la zona di Portello/centro città. Fra le comodità e attrazioni più vicine citiamo la pizzeria La Vaccheria, a 1 minuto a piedi, che ha anche un bel giardino e Spianata Castelletto che si trova a 8 minuti a piedi, dalla quale si gode di una magnifica vista sulla città e si può usufruire dell'ascensore che porta in zona centro.
