Come arrivare all'appartamento L'appartamento è collegato molto bene alla Stazione Centrale di Firenze con tantissimi autobus come ad le linee 1, 6 e 14. In alternativa, nei pressi della stazione potrete prendere un taxi e raggiungere la casa in pochissimi minuti. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono circa trenta minuti di auto per arrivare all'appartamento. Supermercati e ristoranti nei dintorni dell'appartamento Nei dintorni dell'appartamento ci sono diversi supermercati come il CONAD in via dei Servi ed il Carrefour in via Ricasoli. A circa 500 metri dall'appartamento troverete inoltre lo storico Mercato Centrale di Firenze, il posto ideale dove acquistare moltissimi prodotti locali di ottima qualità. Infine, all'interno del Mercato e nei suoi dintorni ci sono moltissimi bar e ristoranti. Large apartment located on the second floor of a residential building. without an elevator. Just outside the historic center of Florence (outside the ZTL). The apartment consists of: three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, three large bathrooms with shower and a kitchen. It has two balconies, one with an internal view of a garden and one with an external view of the street.HOUSE RULES1. TIMES: Check-in is between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4.00 PM. ALL CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11.00 AM. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8.00 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING AND A 50 EURO LATE CHECK-IN FEE COULD BE APPLIED. The late check-in fee must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment and no access will be granted to the apartment until such payment is made.2. Personal Information: As per Italian Law number 214/2011 (article 40.1), Italian Police requires us to report the identity of our guests. The information guests are required to share are the following: Name, Family name, Citizenship, Place and Date of Birth, Document Number, Country of Issuance. No candles or fires of any kind are allowed within the apartment. A 250 Euro cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the apartment upon departure.11. Laundry: You may use the washer - and dryer when available - in the apartment room. We are not responsible for any clothing damage or articles left, lost or stolen. Read and follow machine instructions.12. Damage: Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the suite or to the common areas, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs.13. Keys: A 250 Euro fee will be charged if you lose the keys of the apartment.14. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. guests may not hang towels, garments, etc. from windows, make excessive noise or commotion, etc.).
