Apartment - Via Rizzoli - BolognaComfortable and modern studio apartment in the heart of Bologna, in via Rizzoli, one of the most important arteries of the city, which connects Piazza Maggiore with the Two Towers. Most of the buses that go to the center stop here.Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.This comfortable studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a recently renovated period building, and it overlooks a quiet side street next to Via Rizzoli.The flat opens onto the elegant day area, furnished with a sofa bed, a TV set and a 3-seater dining table; the kitchenette has microwave, toaster, hot stoves and dishwasher. The day area comes with parquet flooring and two balcony-style doors providing ample natural light.There is a large bookcase between the living corner and the night area: it is as bright as the rest of the property and features a double bed.A bathroom adjoins the night area and is fitted with basin, washing machine and crystal shower stall.The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills.
