Casa Smart, wi-fi , 1 parcheggio gratuito,3 camere da letto,2 bagni,1 cucina,1 living room,2 terrazzi, zona barbecue con forno a legna, e favolosi giardini a terrazze. Fermata autobus a pochi passi. 2km dal centro e dalle spiagge,1 ora dalla splendida costa Azzurra e a 40 minuti da Sanremo. In sole 2 ore si raggiungono le Cinque Terre e a 1 ora dal porto di Genova. Possibilità di scendere con corriera, macchina o a piedi. La casa è completamente a disposizione degli ospiti, dispone di un parcheggio di proprietà adiacente al cancello d’entrata. Precisiamo che vi è solo un parcheggio della casa ed essendo una piccola via privata non è possibile parcheggiare un'altra macchina. E’ necessario scendere dalle scale esterne per accedere alla nostra casa dove ci sono giardini su terrazze con ulivi, albero di pompelmo, nespolo e tanto verde. La casa non è adatta a chi ha delle disabilità in quanto è sviluppata su due piani con scale esterne ed interne. All’ingresso del primo piano sul mobile di sinistra c’è la policy della casa e una google mini in modo da poter accendere l’acqua calda in domotica usando il semplice comando vocale “ok google accendi acqua calda”, sul lato destro della porta d’ingresso c’è un quadro elettrico per ripristino corrente. Tre camere da letto così suddivise: due camere da letto matrimoniali con a disposizione stender per appendere vestiti, armadio e cassettiere.Grandi porte finestre con terrazzo in comune con le due camere e con vista mare sul Golfo di Capo Mele e vista collina dove si può ammirare Moglio in completo relax su due comodi lettini.Una camera da letto con 1 letto singolo fisso e con la possibilità di estrarre il secondo letto, una scrivania con una sedia e un grosso mobile basso, una grande finestra che si affaccia sul giardino di proprietà.Inoltre vengono messi a disposizione dei libri per la lettura da rimettere a posto dopo il loro utilizzo. Questo piano mette a disposizione un bagno in muratura molto luminoso con finestra che si affaccia sul giardino ed è composto da un grande specchio, lavandino, bidet, wc e una vasca da bagno/doccia. Al piano inferiore c'è un altro bagno, una grande sala e un grande living room e in fine una grande cucina con tutto il necessario. All'esterno un terrazzo coperto e un gran bel barbecue.
