Guests are welcomed by the owners in a villa restored in 2011 following the principles of energy saving and the use of renewable sources, where hospitality and courtesy are at home.
The apartment with independent entrance has a living room with kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.
Two triple and one double room, that can be arranged with single or double beds for a total of 8 beds.
From the windows there is a panoramic view of the garden and the parking in the structure simplifies everything.
All rooms have a flat-screen TV, WiFi connection, hairdryer, desk, clothes rack.
The living area is complete with all accessories: 2 tables with chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine.
The final cleaning service is indicated with the rate, the supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The house uses only electricity, produced cleanly by the integrated photovoltaic system on the roof.
No use of gas and fossil fuels.
With an eye also to saving drinking water: rain water or water from the well in the courtyard flows in the toilets.
