Designer apartment located inside a recently renovated building, a few steps away from Via della libertã and Teatro Politeama.
This apartment is located on the first floor of a modern and prestigious building, accessible through a large front door and a hallway with a vaulted ceiling.
The spaces are very bright, carefully furnished with designer materials which, together with the chosen colours, add character to the accommodation.
The entrance opens to the living area featuring a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, coming also with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine.
The main bedroom with a queen size bed completes the floor, in addition to a full bathroom next to it provided with shower.
The staircase in the living area leads to the mezzanine floor which houses a second bedroom with a french size bed, overlooking the space below through a glass wall that guarantees the sunlight coming in.
*Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300 per person per month will be charged.
*We inform our guests that the property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting.
Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise.
*The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city.
In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of ballarã² and Capo.
It doesnt matter if its lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
A few minutes away there is Via Roma, where the bus stop for the airport shuttle can be found while the train station is 2 kms away.
