Ciao a tutti ?Si affitta stanza singola libera dall'1 dicembre in un appartamento situato all'ottavo piano in via Dagnini con affaccio sul parco Lunetta Gamberini, composto in totale da 3 singole (di cui una occupata da me che sono una ragazza di 27 anni, piacere ?) bagno, cucina e sala (presenti anche cantina e posto auto nel cortile condominiale). Nella stanza ci sono: un letto matrimoniale, armadio, scrivania, cassettiera, comodino. In casa presenti anche aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, televisione, microonde e congelatore grande per le scorte. Il canone mensile è di 480 euro, di cui 350 di affitto e 120 di condominio comprensivo di riscaldamento. Altre utenze escluse ma abbastanza contenute. Contratto regolare, richiesta solo una mensilità di caparra (350 euro).Se siete vegani o vegetariani vi voglio già bene ma se non lo siete va benissimo uguale ? Offro oltre ad una bella casa serate giocando ai giochi da tavolo, goccette naturali per l'ansia, serate con spritz e birrette, chiacchierate su libri, film e serie tv, gossip vari e sempre ben accetti ma anche e soprattutto molto spazio personale dove ognuno si fa i fatti suoi. Odio chiacchierare mentre pranzo o ceno però posso ascoltare e annuire mentre mi parli. No festaioli, per favore ??
