Accetto UNDER 30 maschi o femmine, lavoratori o studenti. Richiesta molta pulizia ed ordine negli spazi comuni. No gente che lascia tutto nel lavandino perché vi caccio dopo un mese ? (bravo Marzio, fagliela vedere).Caparra 1 mese. La stanza in affitto è circa 5x3 e la troverete come in foto, letto 140, scrivania, sedia, mensole, armadio, comò, luci varie e scarpiera.Poi c'è la mia stanza, uno sgabuzzino, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, un corridoio di ingresso con posto bici e una cucina abbastanza ampia con tavolo rotondo che si apre in caso di ospiti. La casa ha 2 difetti, poca luce (ma l'ho riempita di punti luce) e se diluvia senza tregua per mille ore a volte lo scarico non funziona (siamo a piano terra).Condominio di 60enni ma non rompiscatole. Qualche party si può fare senza problemi. Ogni camera ha un deumidificatore, anche uno per asciugare i panni nello stanzino (se non si ha voglia di stenderli in giardino). Io ho 34 anni (26 percepiti), sono un fotografo e sono una persona positiva, pulita e socievole, ma in casa mi vedrete poco, casa per me è come un rifugio dove ritrovare le energie quindi sto solo nella mia stanza o non ci sono per niente. Ho degli orari totalmente casuali e una mia dieta quindi se volete in coinquilino con cui cucinare e mangiare insieme schifezze non sono io purtroppo :(Pero farò di tutto per metterti a tuo agio, sono molto gentile.
