La casa è composta da una cucina abbastanza grande con balcone, una sala da pranzo, 2 bagni e 4 camere. Il prezzo a posto singolo è di £350, le utenze (condominio, Tari e bollette) sono escluse e ammontano a circa £70 al mese.
