Posto letto in bilocale in centro Affitto posto letto in soggiorno: si tratta di un bilocale e oltre al soggiorno/cucina abitabile c'è il bagno e la mia stanza. Gli spazi sono separati bene, il letto in foto è un eminflex ad una piazza e mezza.Cerco una persona socievole e tranquilla.È ben accetto chiunque sia nel campo della musica dell'arte/cinema ecc. e se anche tu ami cucinare e mangiare bene ne sarei felice :) Fondamentale la pulizia dato gli spazi un po' stretti, ho bisogno di qualcuno già abituato a mantenere in ordine. La casa è tenuta bene c'è la lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, super fibra e pure la piastra per le crêpes! No fumator? tranne alle 4.20 :) La posizione è ottima a 15 min a piedi da piazza maggiore e dai giardini margherita. Vorrei qualcuno di realmente interessato ad una situazione simile e che possa trovarsi bene. CiaoSi libera una singola in centro dal 1 gennaio. La caparra per entrare è di 550 euro, l'affitto è di 340 euro, l'F24 di subentro è a carico del subentrante.
