Durante il soggiorno, saremo a disposizione per ogni evenienza.Il primo elemento architettonico a colpire lo sguardo degli ospiti è la maestosa porta in noce a due ante, con architrave intarsiato, che permette l'accesso all'appartamento. L'ingresso immette direttamente nella magnifica sala da pranzo, le cui pareti sono completamente decorate con boiserie in noce massello antico o rifinite, come tutto il resto dell'appartamento, con stucchi veneziani nei toni del crema. La combinazione che ne scaturisce crea un'atmosfera estremamente calda e accogliente, un luogo ideale per rilassarsi o lavorare in tutta tranquillità. La sala da pranzo è senza dubbio dominata dal magnifico tavolo di fine '800, elegantemente intarsiato con decorazioni floreali e capace di accogliere fino a 6 persone. I preziosi specchi dorati sulle pareti, realizzati con l'antica tecnica a mercurio, sono di epoca liberty, mentre la grande cassettiera alle spalle del tavolo risale al '600. La libreria in legno posta di fronte alla tavola, mette a disposizione degli ospiti una TV a schermo piatto da 52" (con occhiali 3D) ed il centro di controllo per la filodiffusione (collegamento con cavo AUX), che è dotata di amplificatori in ogni stanza. La spettacolare lampada girevole di design può essere utilizzata per fare luce sia sul tavolo che nel prospiciente salotto. La zona living vera è propria, infatti, è alle spalle della sala da pranzo ed è composta da un pregevole divano di Roche Bobois (trasformabile in letto matrimoniale 200 x 160 cm). Di fianco a lui c'è un meraviglioso trumeau fiorentino datato 1715 ripropone quel mix di futuro e passato che caratterizza tutta la proprietà. Proprio accanto a quest'area relax si trova l'imponente cucina a vista dell'appartamento. Si tratta di una meravigliosa cucina made by Archeo, perfettamente attrezzata e dotata di ogni utensile, includendo la macchina del caffè Nespresso. L'isola della cucina, che spicca essendo stata realizzata con un liscissimo materiale composito di color bianco candido, è lunga più di 3,5 m. e permette di sbizzarrirsi nella preparazione delle più disparate ricette. Questa cucina rappresenta un vero e proprio must per gli appassionati dei fornelli che visitano la capitale emiliana. L'accesso alla zona notte è garantito da un corridoio che porta alle camere. L'appartamento è dotato di due camere da letto. Quella degli ospiti è provvista di due letti singoli (eventualmente unibili per formare un matrimoniale) e di una cabina armadio, realizzata su misura.Nella camera padronale di fronte al letto rifinito in pelle bianca dal design pulito è stato sistemato un imponente armadio piemontese del '600. È una vera e propria opera d'arte, appartenuta ad una nobile famiglia e realizzata secondo gli stilemi delle mode dell'epoca. In particolare, le cerniere in ottone finemente lavorate a mano, riescono a rispecchiare la qualità delle lavorazioni artigianali tutt'oggi realizzate in Italia. La camera padronale possiede un bagno en-suite arredato con lampadari di Murano e ceramiche fatte a mano by Etruria. Anche il secondo bagno ha le medesime rifiniture e, come il primo, dispone di una grande cabina doccia realizzata in opera con seduta. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.The flat was completely renovated in September 2022, paying the utmost attention to the choice of materials and finishes, which are all of an excellent standard. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, while the large windows, overlooking the typical roofs of Bologna, make the rooms extremely pleasant. Even if the property is located along via Santo Stefano, one of the main routes of Bologna, maximum tranquility is guaranteed by the views towards the internal courtyards, where the eye is allowed to stretch to the first hills surrounding the city.The elegant wooden ceilings have been painted white, so as to fill the rooms with light, keeping the warm nuances of the wood only on the main beams. The modern furnishings play on the contrasts between white and gray to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the entrance, a small anteroom leads guests to the living area or bedroom. The living room furniture includes a 3-person sofa complete with chaise longue, a single pouf bed (80 x 195 cm) and a practical dining table for 3 people, located close to the open kitchen peninsula. Along Via Santo Stefano you can take buses to reach the fair, the hospitals and the train station, or the shuttle to the airport.Parking: The apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL). The ticket can be purchased online. Paid parking spaces are available nearby: there is one in Via San Petronio Vecchio and a second in Vicolo San Damiano 3/3.It is possible to obtain temporary residence and a pass to drive around the historic center only for stays longer than 3 months. For shorter stays, access is guaranteed only for 3 days a month (not consecutive, or for 4 consecutive days) upon payment of a specific permit.Important:Pets are allowed, there is an extra fee of € 100+VAT.
