This wonderful 1BR apartment is in a fantastic position: only 1-minute walk by Ponte Vecchio.The apartment consists in wide living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub.The apartment is located on the sixth floor with an elevator, it has a magnificent terrace.Also, the apartment is located on a private street secured by a gate, making the building safer!HOUSE RULES1. TIMES: Check-in is between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4.00 PM. ALL CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11.00 AM. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8.00 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING AND A 50 EURO LATE CHECK-IN FEE COULD BE APPLIED.
