Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.The apartment was completely renovated and equipped with new and functional furniture in February 2017. The heating is centralized throughout the building and can be adjusted by thermostats on each radiator, while both, the living and sleeping area, are equipped with air conditioning units.The property features next-generation finishes: the original windows have been restored and equipped with insulating, sound-proof double glazing. It overlooks the scenic façade of St. Peter's Cathedral, though it is removed from the street and, therefore, particularly quiet. In order to preserve the style of ancient aristocratic buildings in Bologna, the floors were left with their original hexagonal terracotta tiles and the ceiling of the living room with the existing plaster decoration. The property is easily accessible, but it is necessary to climb six steps to reach the entrance to the lift.The entrance leads into a small hallway giving access to the kitchen and living room.
