L'arredamento comprende un tavolo da pranzo, con il piano in cristallo sbiancato, comodo per 4 persone. La zona notte è composta da una graziosa camera da letto dotata di una capiente cabina armadio, realizzata su misura, a cui si accede da dietro il letto matrimoniale. Anche in questa stanza è presente un TV di ultima generazione con schermo curvo da 42". Completano l'arredo una morbida poltrona ed i numerosi punti luce, che consentono di creare sempre l'atmosfera desiderata. La lavatrice si trova nel bagno principale, che è finestrato e dotato di una cabina doccia spaziosa e moderna. Anche questo spazio è ottimamente rifinito con eleganti ceramiche, sanitari sospesi e rubinetteria di design.Il prezzo dell'affitto include le pulizie iniziali e finali, l'affitto, le spese condominiali, le tasse italiane (televisione e spazzatura), internet WiFi e bollette. Essa è applicata solamente sulle prime 5 notti).Area:L'appartamento si trova in una posizione fortemente strategica poiché è vicino al centro storico (raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi o in un paio di fermate di autobus), all'ospedale Sant'Orsola, all'uscita per la tangenziale e alla Fiera di Bologna. La zona è servita anche dal punto di vista dei negozi: a circa 300 metri si trova un centro commerciale. Lungo l'adiacente via Repubblica e via San Donato, inoltre, sono presenti diversi ristoranti (sushi, pizzerie, trattorie), bar, pub ed anche una discoteca. Nelle immediate adiacenze del condominio c'è un’edicola, una pizzeria, un bar e una banca.Trasporto pubblico: Gli autobus numero 28 e 35 si fermano a circa 200 metri dall'appartamento e conducono rispettivamente in centro e alla stazione dei treni, il percorso dura meno di 5 minuti. L'autobus 21 ferma proprio in Via Vestri e porta direttamente al centro storico.Parcheggio: L'appartamento è al di fuori della zona ZTL.
