The air conditioning is present with a split, while the heating is centralized. The context is peaceful and quiet, in a green and well-served neighborhood, which allows you to quickly reach the historic center by car or public transport.The entrance is equipped with a piece of furniture, in which one area serves as a wardrobe and the other is for keeping the equipment intended for cleaning the property. The living area offers guests a double bed (140 x 200 cm), in front of which is the 32" Smart TV. In front of the open kitchen there is a dining table which can accommodate up to 4 people.
